Overview
There are different apps for attending meetings. The kiosk can help you attend a meeting in the apps Zoom, Teams, WebEx, or Google Meet.
Invitation Details
If you are not sure which app to use, look at the invitation the person you are meeting or the court sent to you. Your invitation may be a text message, letter, or email.
Meeting Link Information
Find the meeting link in your invitation.Look for words like Zoom, Teams, WebEx, or Meet.
The link usually starts with https://.
Example
A Zoom link might look like this:
https://zoom.us/j/012345?pwd=TTF12345
The link may stand out from the rest of the invitation. It could be underlined or shown in a different color. The link tells you which program you will use for the meeting today.
Overview
Every meeting has its own location on the internet. This is called the meeting ID. To go to your meeting, you need to enter the meeting ID. The meeting ID may also be called meeting number, code, or link.
Invitation Details
If you are not sure, look at the invitation the person you are meeting today or the court sent to you. Your invitation may be a text message, letter, or email. Look for a 10 or 11 digit number on your invitation.

The meeting ID may look like this: Meeting ID: 973 4891 9027
Passcode
For your privacy, you may also need a passcode. This is so no one can enter your meeting without permission. You may find the passcode under the meeting ID in your invitation.
